She has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Fortune-teller.

Description: This malnourished woman is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers her face most of the time. Her auburn hair is singed and shortened. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: She is not truly malevolent, but she is obsessed with singing. She constantly tries to fill her life with singing. She refers to her adoptive father for almost all things she is unsure about, which are numerous. She is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: A child with a great deal of singing talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. Being born in the north, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the north for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way south. By chance she met her brother recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Scribe and was forced into it by her family.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Ostracized due to the martial powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Tabaxis became a terror of the countryside. He was granted martial powers by his dying sister.
