History: Kilia lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Mason responsibilities is difficult.

Personality: This man loves writing and to teach people writing more than just about anything. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: Money/treasure; and he is greedy

Description: A middle-aged woman, she is well dressed, but even with her fine clothing she looks run-down, and is pretty ugly. Her brown hair is knotted and matted. Her eyes, though not visible through her cowl, are hazel.

Personality: She is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before her hampering stammer kicks in. She has a small toy that she constantly fidgets with.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. She was taken from her home at a very young age. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.

Motivation: She is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out.

History: Trail was born in the east. At a young age he loved to build and create. He has had some formal writing training, and achieved minor success. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.
