History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Bricklayer.

Personality: She is a woman who does what she needs to. She will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Decarabia is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.
