Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: Born in the north to a Fisher, Latbag learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 12 years.
