History: When she was but 8 years old her parents immigrated from the north. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the north were limited. She used her abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: A rival would like her out of the picture.

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.

History: When he was but 4 years old his parents immigrated from the south. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and he is greedy

Personality: She has schizophrenia that causes her to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. She has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Cursed with lycanthropy at a very young age, Tippletoe has worked very hard to control her curse. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
