History: When she was but 3 years old her parents immigrated from the south. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her mother gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her mother, who blamed her for driving them apart. She now owns her own business.

Description: She is a mite stocky and does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when she can avoid it. She has done her best to style her red hair to look like a famous performer. Her eyes are violet and beady.

Personality: She is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. When she's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, she's doing painting.

History: She was born on a small isolated farm. While she appears to be a normal Gnome, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She has never given up on her painting dream.

Description: A well shaped woman just over fifty, she is wearing the road beaten gear of a warrior. Her red fur is long and unkept. Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.

Personality: She is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends she is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy herself. She is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and her religion dominates her actions

Description: He wears a lot of dark rich colors, with gold accents. His skin is fair and his fingers are delicate and long. His hair is long and blonde with streaks of white, and is pulled back with small red clips. His beard is white, braided, and well cared for. His blue eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: He is a sleazy, sleazy guy. He has no qualms about using his powers of suggestion to get people to do what he wants. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of brigands may trigger it at times.

History: He got into the Unemployed business at a young age. His first spouse was a Navigator, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

Description: A man of a pale complexion, he wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. His red hair is smooth and relatively long. He has violet eyes.

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He enjoys reading and quiet.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. After a long history of fighting, Dustin and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and wants to work out more often
