He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Personality: Cory speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. Cory enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Born in the north to a Glassblower, Cory learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. A gifted student he started as a Scribe, but he got bored and became a Glassblower. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

History: He comes from a rich southern family. As a very small child his family refused to pay dues to a local crime lord, who ordered them killed. His father, a somewhat powerful mage sought to protect him and cast a teleportation spell that whisked him away. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and to reunite with his absent mother
