The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her mother. Her mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Description: He is an attractive man, lean and moderately muscular. He wears well tailored suits and hats with beautiful decoration. He is almost always dressed for an outing in high society. His auburn hair is braided into rings. His half smiles and violet eyes are beguiling and draw you in.

Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

Personality: She considers herself the protector of her home. She feels this is her duty and calling. She will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Junk Dealer. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Junk Dealer responsibilities is difficult; and she desires power and/or immortality
