Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. He refers to his adoptive mother for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. His mother took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Description: She is a physically imposing dark-skinned woman. She wears a red vest and prefers brown and pastel shirts. Her boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. Her brown hair is cut short. She tend to wears goggles to shield her eyes.

Personality: She does not care much for physical appearances, nor does she care much for other people. She does however care about what she wants and getting it. She works hard and plays hard.

History: Marigold lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Her mother disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her mother, she was betrayed dozens of times. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Marigold fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and doesn't want to be a detective and was forced into it by her family

Description: This western man wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized grey coat. His clothes are grease stained in places. His golden hair is greasy and uncared for. His eyes are a pleasant hazel.

Personality: He hates gnolls. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of gnolls may trigger it at times.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His parents were killed by gnolls in a raid when he was still a young child. The gnolls captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Many gnolls want him driven away.

Description: This eastern man very much looks the part of a Carpenter. His clothes are grease stained in places. His red hair is styled in orderly dreadlocks. His eyes are likewise amber. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: Hupe was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: Expand his business; and he is unsatisfied with his job

Description: He is a pot bellied northern man with a big hulking figure and broad shoulders. He wears just a blue suit. His silver hair is heavily combed to the right. His skin is flawless and his hazel eyes scan people very quickly.

Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. He also hits on women, regardless of circumstances.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out.
