Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Halflings.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. His parents enrolled him in a Ranger school at a young age so that he could practice his martial talents. He was granted martial powers by his dying sister.

Personality: She has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. She is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with her big mouthed big gutted partner. Her partner is her best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. She is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. Like her father and her brother before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Navigator. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.

Personality: She hates Humans with a passion. As such she is filled with self loathing. She is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of her. She is by nature obliging.

History: She was born in the east. Joan was born on a far eastern desert where she grew up under the tutelage of her father, an expert Butcher. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: Human compassion; and a strong sense of loyalty to human people
