History: Caeldrim lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He dropped out of school to support his sick father, and resented it. He now mingles about in high society.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.

History: Pirithin was born with his mother's beautiful face. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He's also a talented Cartwright, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and to be a cartwright again

History: Warryn was born the youngest of three triplets. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and doesn't want to be a spy and was forced into it by his family
