Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever.

Description: He is an average looking southern male in his early mid-life. He wears a suit in poor condition. It has not been laundered in sometime and has been worn in activities one would not normally wear a suit during. He keeps his cinnamon fur in a flapper bob. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. He works hard and plays hard.

History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: Further expansion of business.

Description: This late middle aged woman wears a custom-built plate barding that's adorned with brown lining and desert motifs and is in decent physical shape. Her long chestnut hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. Her amber eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: She considers herself the protector of her home. She feels this is her duty and calling. She has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: She was born in the north, but her parents moved at a very young age to the west. Ostracized due to the necromantic powers of her oldest brother, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Dwarves became a terror of the countryside. She left for the north, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: A deep hatred of dire rats; and money/treasure

Description: This northern man is abnormally tall. He wears a simple tan robe with white stripes complete with hood. His whole body is exceptionally muscular. He keeps his chestnut hair in a flapper bob. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: He comes from a rich northern family. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and to share knowledge with the world

Description: He is a paragon of his species. He is larger and stronger than most Elves. His skin is light but he possesses many black ritualistic tattoos. He dresses in tan turtlenecks beneath a black coat with brown slacks. His hair is black and very short. His hazel eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: He is mildly Elf supremacist, though he does not identify as such. He invented a lineage for himself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: Born in the east to a Blacksmith, Traki learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark
