History: Mastema was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Half-Elven companion (her 'brother'). She has became unsatisfied with her lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

History: Pearl hails from a village terrorized by brigands. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Someone believes her a fraud; and many brigands want her driven away

Personality: She is a Baker first and foremost. She believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. She is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. A freak accident while working with her Engraver father left her crippled. She has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Engraver. She hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Before the accident, she was one of the most outspoken anti-Half-Orc activists. She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Half-Orc doctor. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Motivation: She is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.
