Description: 5'6" and muscular, this eastern man is wearing dark clothing and a heavy breastplate, keeping many of his physical features obscured. His brown hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. Rolf is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Description: She wears a violet coat over a black low-cut shirt, and a small hat upon her head, and she perpetually has her greataxe ready. She has slicked back white hair. Her blue eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: She is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. Adelaide enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Her arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Adelaide fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

Personality: She is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. She has a cruel streak; something she gained from her previous mentor. She harbors resentment against her former mentor.

History: She got into the Stableman business at a young age. A gifted student she started as a Carter, but she got bored and became a Stableman. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: To be a Carter again; and sabotage a competitor

Description: Her left thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise she appears quite healthy. She wears well tailored gowns and hats with beautiful decoration. She is almost always dressed for an outing in high society. Her hair is long and auburn with streaks of red, and is pulled back with small tan clips. Her eyes are likewise hazel.

Personality: She does not care much for physical appearances, nor does she care much for other people. She does however care about what she wants and getting it. More though she will beg to come along on any journeys. She will attempt to stowaway on any ship she can in the hopes that it will get her further away.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Her father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her father was legitimate. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Motivation: Her religion dominates her actions; and she is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs

Description: This southern man wears yellow robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a greatsword, but if one is not available he will default to his sai. His clothes are grease stained in places. His black hair is singed and shortened. His fierce amber eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved.
