Personality: She is a woman who does what she needs to. She will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. She has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: Williamina was born with her father's beautiful face. Williamina was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members.
