Description: This petite short woman is perpetually holding a sweet of some kind. She is well dressed, but even with her fine clothing she looks run-down, marred by sweets. She has moderate length black hair. Her face possesses mild wrinkles. Her smile is extraordinarily sincere though she does not smile often.

Personality: She is erratic and paranoid. She believes orcs are coming to abduct people. Dee enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Dee was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Her family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her father's willingness to do anything to win. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Many orcs want her driven away; and she is a bit of a kleptomaniac

Description: She is a physically imposing dark-skinned woman. She wears a brown collared shirt and black skirt. She accessorizes with a pastel scarf around the waist and a strap diagonally across her shirt. Her wide-brimmed hat is riddled with cuts and holes. She has green eyes.

Personality: She cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with her opinion, she thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, she can get violently argumentative. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Like her father and her brother before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Baker. She's also a talented Brewer, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: Modean was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Dilettante work with an outfit from a few towns over. Dilettante work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and wants to open a new tavern

Personality: He is a sleazy, sleazy guy. He has no qualms about using his powers of suggestion to get people to do what he wants. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: Ar-Beka was raised in a hard working conservative environment. A gifted student he started as a Fletcher, but he got bored and became a Mayor. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and expand his business

Description: This slender man stands about 6'4". He wears brown robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a club, but if one is not available he will default to his greatsword. He wears a colorful flower in his brown fur. His eyes are yellow and catlike.

Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.

History: Tricking was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Warlock, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Warlock in service of a powerful lord somewhere. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Motivation: He's looking for his big break; and obtaining odd cultural dwarven artifacts is his passion
