Description: He is a small man, but exceptionally fit. He wears a green vest with golden trim over his white shirt. His white leather gloves and pants are well-kept, and his green boots flare out at the collars. He has done his best to style his white hair to look like a famous performer. He tend to wears goggles to shield his eyes.
Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his father.
History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Through the years after Cressel was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Cressel's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he is a bit of a kleptomaniac

Description: Relatively heavier built than your average man, he is not imposing. He wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. He sports a flattop hair cut. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.
Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Bricklayer business.
History: He was raised in a island tribe. His mother took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
Motivation: Retire the richest man in the south; and his relatives are trying to arrange a marriage

Description: A thin man, he clearly needs to put on some weight, but he still has a lot of muscle. He wears a yellow tunic with black highlights, and long blue pants that bunch up around his shoes. He wears his hair in dreadlocks. His brown eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.
Personality: Bertram wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Rogue, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.
History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the forest to a summer home near a old dungeon. He would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the forest due to the painful memories there. Bertram took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up bastard sword and armor he uses now. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Description: His left side is far more bruised and cut up than his other. He wears blue painted combat armor at almost all times. His black hair is still thick. His brown eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.
Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.
History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. A serious injury left his father unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and to pay off his debts

Personality: She is filled with cunning. She likes to feign weakness letting people think she is weak. She is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of her. She is by nature obliging.
History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Actor work with an outfit from a few towns over. Actor work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She inherited the family business which she has now maintained for 12 years.
