Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: His necromantic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. After coming to the age of reason, River took it upon himself to study the necromantic arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Description: A woman with a cold, calculating air about her, she wears a well pressed and immaculate suit (or dress). Her white hair is still thick. She wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into her face.

Personality: She is a woman who does what she needs to. She will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. She has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Xanaphia grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Xanaphia. She now owns her own business.

Personality: Calm and collected, she is a well trained Bounty Hunter. Smoking is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her sisters into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. Her first spouse was a Locksmith, they had one daughter, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Ielenia grew up listening to her mother's many stories. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. She has since married many spouses, only to have them die. She claims to not be responsible.

Motivation: She's attracted to the PC; and she's looking for her big break
