History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when giants swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. She was an apprentice working in her father's forge. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by giants. Veloptima was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the giants.

This search led her directly into Unemployed work with an outfit from a few towns over. Unemployed work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. Forcas enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
