Personality: She is filled with cunning. She likes to feign weakness letting people think she is weak. She is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. She haggles over everything, upselling her goods and buying cheap. She is persistent in everything.

History: Kadana lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of specialists.

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Personality: He can speak with the recently deceased. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He moved out east to avoid the crime he committed. Being a Server kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and he has decided he is irredeemable

Personality: She is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help her friends. She considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. She is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: Gesrethe was raised in a hard working conservative environment. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Dragonborns in the east were limited. She tends to her Healer job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, she has a hard time making friends. She is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: Her necromantic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. She took after her father in leading caravans. Because they were valued, her father taught her to defend herself. When her father died while fighting giants, the young Jheri began to lead the lost caravan. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge; and retire the richest woman in the north
