Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He found a children's book about a Tiefling Monk who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Tethren fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with singing. He constantly tries to fill his life with singing. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. He has had some formal singing training, and achieved minor success. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep.

Description: She is wearing a tight tan one piece outfit complete with pants, hood, and a cape, but does not cut a very imposing figure. She walks with a slouch but will stand straight to her full 5'2" when asserting herself. Her hair is always cut to a buzz. Her gray eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: She is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. She is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: Naivara lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. From there she went from mercenary job to mercenary job. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her brother.

Description: 5'5" and muscular, this southern man is wearing a long, green cloak. His white hair is still thick. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. He takes great pride in his work and is very well organized. His planner is full of calendar events.

History: His arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and he is greedy

Personality: She has schizophrenia that causes her to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. She takes great joy in being the best Soapmaker in town.

History: Margery was born the youngest of three triplets. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. She has been saving her money to try and buy her sister's freedom.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and further expansion of business
