Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Kelter's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He loves being with his children and actually smiles when they are around. He would do anything for them. He dislikes his ex a great deal.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His first spouse was a Bellfounder, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Personality: He is cool and collected. He likes to make quips and puns whenever he does anything. He also makes a point to compliment his superiors and flatter them. Elegant enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Personality: She does not care much for physical appearances, nor does she care much for other people. She does however care about what she wants and getting it. Further she is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. Her childhood dream was to be a Mayor, but she was a colossal failure. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: Her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion; and she is unsatisfied with her job

Personality: She is business-like. She takes instructions and follows them to the letter. She will do just about anything if she becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this she is easily convinced.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. In her youth she was part of a gang. She got caught, but did not rat out her comrades and served her time in prison. She has recently attracted an admirer that believes she's playing hard to get.
