Description: She wears a black tunic with red highlights, and long black pants that bunch up around her shoes. She has a slight overbite and is overall scrawny. Her dark red hair is singed and shortened. Her eyes are likewise gold. Her teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: Quiet and reserved she prefers to listen than to talk. She will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. She is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure she is not cheated out of a speck.

History: She got into the Barkeep business at a young age. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She has taken up work as a Barkeep and fed both sides of the war false information with the goal of increasing casualties.

Motivation: She possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and she has decided she is irredeemable

Description: A man with a friendly, welcoming air about him, he wears professional attire. His gold crest is smooth and relatively long. This gold eyed westerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His father was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and his relatives are trying to arrange a marriage

Description: A thin woman, she clearly needs to put on some weight, but she still has a lot of muscle. She is dressed in a clean green cloak covering her clean studded leather. She wears her white hair down. Her fair skin shows little sign of her aristocratic breeding.

Personality: She fancies herself a trickster and likes to rely on her wits to carry the day. She cares for her older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. She refers to her adoptive mother for almost all things she is unsure about, which are numerous. She is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: Armara was raised in a hard working conservative environment. She was taken from her home at a very young age. She became a Barkeep soon after.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Barkeep responsibilities is difficult; and to reunite with her absent mother

Description: He is scrawny and has patchy cinnamon fur. He is wearing colorful clothing, dressed as a Beggar. He has a hunchback. His cinnamon fur is still thick. He has several tiny amber earrings on each ear.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: Silent hails from a village terrorized by drow. A serious injury left his mother unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: Money/treasure; and he has money and likes to spend it

Description: He wears violet robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a pickaxe, but if one is not available he will default to his morningstar. He has a moderate pudge and is not very fit. He is bald on top and has large white tufts of hair around his ears. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines blue.

Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his father. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Quarion grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Quarion. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and a rival would like him out of the picture
