History: When she was but 7 years old her parents immigrated from the north. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She left for the north, certain she would find work there.

As she has aged she has sought to do reparations for her actions as a youth. She is also making sure that her compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: Gifted from a young age, Rohesia studied abroad. She moved out south to avoid the crime she committed. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
