Description: Dark and lean, she is a relatively plain woman. She typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep pastel leather and dull blue iron scale mail. She keeps her long white fur kept up in a rat tail. Her eyes, though not visible through her cowl, are hazel.

Personality: She considers herself the protector of her home. She feels this is her duty and calling. She will do just about anything if she becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this she is easily convinced.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions; and retire the richest woman in the west

Description: Runty and weak-looking, he prefers to wear brown clothing when he does not wear armor. His auburn hair is singed and shortened. He wears large thick round spectacles.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. A serious injury left his father unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: To pay off his debts; and he made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it

Description: He dresses like a well dressed Carter does. His skin is fair and his fingers are delicate and long. His white hair is braided into rings. His eyes are gray.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage son.

History: Ahvain lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Carter. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 13 years.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Carter and was forced into it by his family.

Description: She wears a fine chain shirt which she covers with white colored cloaks and clothing. Her attire stands in sharp contrast to her halberd, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a card on it. She has moderate length black hair. Her brown eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: She is business-like. She takes instructions and follows them to the letter. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: She comes from a rich northern family. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Architect work with an outfit from a few towns over. Architect work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: She is unsatisfied with her job; and a deep hatred of gnolls

Description: This younger middle-aged man wears dull white sweaters, loose brown pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed mace, just in case, and a wedding ring on his left hand. He wears his chestnut hair down. His half smiles and brown eyes are beguiling and draw you in.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. After coming to the age of reason, Jak took it upon himself to study the psionic arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. After a long history of fighting, Jak and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day
