Personality: She cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with her opinion, she thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, she can get violently argumentative. She is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Gnomes.

History: Heir to a fortune, her parents put a great deal of effort into curing her disease. As a young adult she joined a group advocating for an improvement in Gnomish conditions. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

History: Born in the east to a Ruler, Lance learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. His childhood dream was to be a Seamstress, but he was a colossal failure. He became a Ruler soon after.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He has had some formal writing training, and achieved minor success. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 2 years.
