Personality: She speaks before she thinks and is too direct. She loves her children and doesn't want them to worry about her. She loves to share her painting with anyone who is interested.

History: She was born in the east. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Valanthe was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. She's also a talented Beggar, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the east. He is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. While he appears to be a normal Dwarf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions
