History: When she was but 8 years old her parents immigrated from the south. Her father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her father was legitimate. She hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: Her religion dominates her actions; and she has a rivalry with the church that dominates her actions
