History: Vondal was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Wizard, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Wizard in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Elven companion (his 'brother'). He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. His childhood dream was to be a Beggar, but he was a colossal failure. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. A freak accident while working with his Baker father left him crippled. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Theren fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: Dean was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. Like his father and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Scribe. He has achieved small success as a Scribe.

Personality: She loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. She dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. Her biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: Born in the south to a Stylist, Nyx learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. A gifted student she started as a Merchant, but she got bored and became a Stylist. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Stylist for the past few years.

Motivation: She is unsatisfied with her job.
