History: Neega was born the youngest of three triplets. Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Guard they were divorced and she won custody of their daughter. She worked as a Mayor, and she later adopted a second daughter.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Eva grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Eva. She has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

History: Darrow was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.
