Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Description: She stands about 3'4" and wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. She conceals her rapier with her veritable burlap sack of a shirt. Her right leg appears badly burned and disfigured. She wears her auburn hair down. Her face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. Her spectacle hidden eyes are a deep amber.

Personality: A deeply religious woman she believes everything happens for a reason. The war was a terrible time for her, and Mumpena does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Her father was a soldier and died while she was still young. Mumpena was left her father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Someone believes her a fraud; and she loathes her own lifestyle

Description: This man is bedraggled and starved. He wears a brown Stetson hat and brown clothes. His yellow fur is thinning but still full. His eyes are copper and beady.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Aura's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Aura was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help; and he doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes
