History: Born to a Servant, his father struggled to pay the bills. Ostracized due to the divine powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Gnomes became a terror of the countryside. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes dire rats are coming to abduct people. Rangrim enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. His parents were killed by dire rats in a raid when he was still a young child. The dire rats captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He wants revenge against dire rats; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this southern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the north; and wants to work out more often

History: He was born in a small forest village. His first spouse was a Animal Trainer, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He has since lost track of the people in his past.
