History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and he has decided he is irredeemable

Personality: She is fixated on the number 16. She counts her steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. She seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. She is used to getting what she wants. In part because she is a meticulous planner.

History: She was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. Her homeland was ravaged by war and she spent much of her life rebuilding it. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and she seems to be bored by most things

Description: He is dressed in a clean blue cloak covering his clean studded leather, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 3'4" when asserting himself. He has a small bristly mustache and wavy white hair. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are gray.

Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. Like his father and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Jeweler. He has achieved small success as a Jeweler.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day

Personality: She is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends she is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy herself. She is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. When Maynild reached her early adolescence her Human father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She has dedicated herself to building a better world.
