History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. When Aura reached his early adolescence his Tabaxi mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: Mindartis speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He disdains his fellow easterners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
