Personality: She believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. She enjoys reading and quiet.

History: A powerful slaver made her what she is. She dropped out of school before completing her studies. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

History: The child of eastern immigrants she idolized her father. Her father was a soldier and died while she was still young. Ranala was left her father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: Roland was born with his father's beautiful face. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day; and wants his loneliness to end
