Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Cressel embodies much of what other species detest in the Tieflings. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: He wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away; and to end his boredom

Description: She tends to wear a large red jacket, and she perpetually has her shortspear ready. She sports silver long hair. Her fierce gray eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: She fancies herself a trickster and likes to rely on her wits to carry the day. She cares for her older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. She takes great joy in being the best Crown-heir in town.

History: Vani was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Crown-heir for the past few years.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and expand her business

Description: He is a small man, but exceptionally fit. He wears suspenders and white workpants. His shirt is grey, and he wears a heavy white leather apron most of the time. His tied-back hair is silver. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep brown.

Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: Damien hails from a village terrorized by goblins. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by goblins. Damien was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the goblins.

Motivation: Many goblins want him driven away; and someone believes him a fraud

Description: A woman with a cold, calculating air about her, she wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. She conceals her hand crossbow with her veritable burlap sack of a shirt. Her auburn hair has been sun bleached extensively. Her face possesses mild wrinkles. Her smile is extraordinarily sincere though she does not smile often.

Personality: While she acts the brute, she is far gentler than she would appear. She is accommodating to her spouse and as such limits her hospitality. She is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven herself a capable leader.

History: A powerful necromancer made her what she is. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.

Motivation: She doesn't get along with people that don't share her tastes; and nothing but the best is good enough for her

Description: A pudgy woman standing about 4'9" has a big stupid grin on her face most of the time. She tends to wear a blue poncho over her likewise colored trousers and shirt. Her chestnut hair is braided into rings. Her violet eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: She has schizophrenia that causes her to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. She is fiercely devoted to her father, and views her father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating her from her legal half-brother.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. Being born in the west, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the west for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way north. She has since married many spouses, only to have them die. She claims to not be responsible.

Motivation: She is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and find a way to reverse the transformation of her brother
