Personality: She considers herself the protector of her home. She feels this is her duty and calling. Her actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as she answers to a power that mortal women fail to acknowledge.

History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. A freak accident while working with her Marshal mother left her crippled. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Makaria fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: Rinn hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. At some point she was captured by gnolls and was tortured. After several years of this she finally managed to escape. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by gnolls. Rinn was horrified and prayed that her father was alright. However, she heard that her father had died fighting off the gnolls.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and she desires to right it; and she doesn't get along with people that don't share her tastes

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Elves in the north were limited. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help.

Personality: Gilkass hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate her. It was this clingy personality that held back her music career. She is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: She was raised in a mountains tribe. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
