History: He was born on a small isolated farm. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Description: A woman with a calm yet intense air about her, she likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather. Her red hair is matted, messy, and big. Her eyes are amber.

Personality: She takes her job very seriously, in part because she fears she cannot get a new one. She misses her home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: Valanthe lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. A freak accident while working with her Carpenter mother left her crippled. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To reunite with her absent mother.

Personality: A deeply religious woman she believes everything happens for a reason. She has a cruel streak; something she gained from her previous mentor. She harbors resentment against her former mentor.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her father. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: She is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs; and she has a rivalry with the church that dominates her actions

Description: This woman wears a tight fitting white shirt and pants, and sports empty pouches on her belt. Her white hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a skull scrunchie. She has a dull look in her gray eyes.

Personality: She exudes charisma. She is a tour de force of persuasion. The occasional robbery is her preferred attention getting crime, but she mainly uses her means for meeting her own perverse desires.

History: Hrathy was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Hrathy grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Hrathy. She hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: She made a deal with a demon which lead to her current lot in life, and she's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and she feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help
