History: Born to a Assassin, her father struggled to pay the bills. Kilia was a troubled youth. Kilia decided she wanted neither the life of her father nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. History: The child of eastern immigrants she idolized her mother. She inherited a moderately successful company from her mother. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
