Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day.

Personality: She is extraordinarily eccentric. She is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with her old comrades. She has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: She was raised in a island tribe. Ootah abandoned her home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. She survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. She did whatever it took for her to survive. Some 5 years later her spouse died after the birth of her son. Heartbroken, Ootah never married again.
