History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Whurbin was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Personality: She likes to fabricate stories about her past exploits and how crazy she is, but in actuality she is rather bland. She is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes her no end of embarrassment.

History: She got into the Soapmaker business at a young age. She helped her mother out around the business and became quite the natural. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down.

Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. He disdains his fellow easterners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by brigands, and he desires to right it

Personality: She is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before her hampering stammer kicks in. She is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. While she appears to be a normal Halfling, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. By chance she met her sister recently and the two have been together since.
