Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: Born to a Stableman, his father struggled to pay the bills. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Interpreter hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions
