History: When he was but 5 years old his parents immigrated from the north. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Roger fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: Born in the east to a Guard, Seraphina learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. In her 15th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her father impaled in their home, and her mother beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: To unite with her sister; and find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister

Personality: Mormo wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Fighter, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He is harsh and unforgiving.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Through the years after Mormo was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Mormo's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature greataxe.

History: Driindar hails from a village terrorized by orcs. At a young age her father died while driving off some orcs. Her mother being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train her in axe use. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: A deep hatred of orcs.

Personality: She likes to be helpful to her clients. She likes to prescribe proper advice to her clients. She is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Being born in the west, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the west for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way south. She has been saving her money to try and buy her sister's freedom.

Motivation: Further expansion of business; and marry her sister to traveling adventurers
