History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Personality: She is a melancholic, but persistent worker. She resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. She uses divination through singing.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Cook. She struck the Cook job and began her own company from there.

Motivation: She is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs; and wants to open a new tavern

Personality: She is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of her strength. She works very hard to maintain that gentleness. She misses her home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: Her mother raised her in a mountain cabin. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Tabaxis in the east were limited. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister; and wants to raise her children well

Personality: Cocky and sure of herself, she believes she is the best Bookbinder born in the past three hundred years. Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Vapula is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.
