Personality: Always inclined to offer people food she seems plenty friendly. She spends most of her days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There she gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: Nyx was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her mother gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her mother, who blamed her for driving them apart. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Mortician for hire.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark.

Personality: He is quiet and unassuming. He ignores others and carries on with his job unassumingly. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his music with anyone who is interested.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Faran was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister; and he is unsatisfied with his job

Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

History: He was born at the edge of vast desert. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. Some 10 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Aerdeth never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his father had trained him before.
