History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Dara was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Masseuse. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Masseuse for the past few years.

Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the south; and he is greedy

Personality: She loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from her. She is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Half-Elf in existence. She has a habit of throwing herself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. Brilliant and gifted she never wanted to apply herself. She was granted arcane powers by her dying sister.

Motivation: She has passion for adventuring and risk.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when orcs swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. She married young, but lost her spouse to orcs. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: Revenge; and several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge

Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather. His silver hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. He is a great chef.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out.
