Description: She appears as an extremely gaunt Halfling, and stands approximately 2'9". She wears tight fighting clothing, which leaves very little to the imagination, and her gloved hand is found clutching a bastard sword. Her hair is short and brown. Her face is full, her cheeks are rosy, and she always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in her green eyes.

Personality: Cocky and sure of herself, she believes she is the best Layabout born in the past three hundred years. Merla is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her sisters into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.

History: Merla was born the youngest of three triplets. She made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. She has achieved small success as a Layabout.

Description: She is wearing the road beaten gear of a warrior. She carries a battered dagger and tarnished glaive as well. She has no hair. Her gray eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: She is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of her strength. She works very hard to maintain that gentleness. She invites people to come help in her community garden.

History: A child with a great deal of poetry talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. She inherited a moderately successful company from her mother. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She now spends her time doing works of charity.

Motivation: She has money and likes to spend it; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

Description: He is a pot bellied eastern man with a big hulking figure and broad shoulders. He wears violet robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a shortbow, but if one is not available he will default to his shield. He has wavy chestnut hair. He has a dull look in his gray eyes.

Personality: He is envious of other's things. He hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that he so desires. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: His necromantic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He was granted necromantic powers by his dying brother.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and he feels threatened by others

Description: He is lean but muscular and wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle. He wears his hair in dreadlocks. He wears a mask on his face.

Personality: Hadarai hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his singing career. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered singing. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Unemployed responsibilities is difficult; and to be a mortician again

Description: This woman tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with her rolled up shirt sleeves this gives her a very relaxed look. She is muscular with a powerful set of arms. She wears her white hair down. She has several tiny ruby earrings on each ear.

Personality: She believes there is no problem she cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. She is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: Naamah was born in the east. At a young age she loved to build and create. While she appears to be a normal Tiefling, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She eventually got the idea of being the protector of her homeland from reading books, and has made it her duty.

Motivation: She made a deal with a demon which lead to her current lot in life, and she's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and she has money and likes to spend it
