Personality: The man has a huge range of feeling. He will range from being happy and joking with the occasional self put down to crying stating how he will be a better person from this day on. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of drow may trigger it at times.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Seamstress hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by drow, and he desires to right it.

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this northern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. He is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: Great was born the youngest of three triplets. His first spouse was a Mortician, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: Regain custody of his son.

History: She was raised in a island tribe. Her family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her mother's willingness to do anything to win. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: To protect her home.

Description: This woman stands a little under 4'11" and is a bit bulky. She is very muscular particularly in the legs. She does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when she can avoid it. She has wavy golden hair. Her blue eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: She swings through moods quickly. One moment she is cool and collected, the next she is carried away by passions. She pushes her goals aggressively. She is also a coward if confronted.

History: Katherine lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. In her 13th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her father impaled in their home, and her mother beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She left for the north, certain she would find work there.
