History: Gifted from a young age, Barakas studied abroad. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Blacksmith work with an outfit from a few towns over. Blacksmith work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Blacksmith for hire.

Description: A plain young-adult man, he is typically in his Engraver uniform. His hair is always cut to a buzz. His eyes are a pleasant brown.

Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. He is underhanded and not above using his wealth and body to get others to do his bidding.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Curran grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Curran. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Engraver for hire.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. He found a children's book about a Human Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He tends to his Stylist job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and further expansion of business

History: She was born in the north. She was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform She was granted divine powers by her dying sister.

Motivation: Many giants want her driven away.

Personality: Stoic and calm, she prefers to meditate than take action. Energy wise she seems alert and responsive.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. While studying, she fell in love. They married and had a son. Some 6 years later her spouse died after the birth of her son. Heartbroken, Tagga never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her son whom she trained as her mother had trained her before.
