Personality: Friendly and accommodating she would invite many more into her home than her spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: Vapula was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Barbarian, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Barbarian in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

Her father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Personality: He is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. He takes great pride in his work and is very well organized. His planner is full of calendar events.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. He worked as a nervous Bookbinder and found it very stressful. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Bookbinder.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions
